CHECK-LIST
This checklist is only intended as a guideline, to help you on your way.
Car essentials:
- Required: Make sure your insurance and registration is valid in each country we pass through.
- Required: Your license and registration on paper (not digital only) or proof of insurance and registration if it’s a rental on paper.
- Recommended a copy of your car insurance policy and important contact numbers.
- Recommended an international Passport.
- Recommended an international license.
- Your car’s manual.
- A spare tire or tire repair kit. If your car has a special sized tire, you can always contact our Concierge to transport it for you during the rally. (Optional service)
- A roadside emergency kit: A battery booster cables, two light sticks, a reflective vest, an emergency rain poncho, a warning triangle, a whistle, a tire pressure gauge, a window breaker and gas.
- A screwdriver, some pliers and a wrench.
- An AUX cable to connect your phone to your audio system.
- A USB cord to connect your phone to a power bank or the car.
- Either a good GPS or the app GOOGLE MAPS.
Other Important documents:
- Credit Card to check-in the hotel.
- Recommended an international Passport.
- Recommended an international license.
Luggage:

- Swimwear - RECOMMENDED
- COZY SWEATER (in the evening it can cool down)
COMFORT ITEMS:
- A pair of sunglasses
- A few large water bottles.
- Painkillers/Anti-Inflammatory medication for emergencies.
- Shoes for different kinds of weather.
- A reusable shopping bag.
- A small airplane cabin-sized suitcase. In case you are using our Valet Luggage service.
- A credit card (needed for hotel check-ins) and cash.
- A phone charger or an adapter for your phone.
- A power bank.
- Your insurance card for emergencies.
- A Bluetooth/wireless hands-free kit for your cell phone.
- An adapter.
- Snoring team-mate? Don't forget some Earbuds 🙂
Entertainment & Connection:
- Your favorite camera and USB chargers.
- Music playlist.
- An electronic battery pack to recharge your phone on the way.
Others:
- A UV window shade.
- Some sunscreen (at least SPF 30.)
- Effective insect spray.
Before you go: Whether you’ll be using your own car or a rental, you should always check if your car is in working order.
Car Maintaince & Safety:
- Your tire pressure is at the optimum level.
- If your car has enough oil.
- Whether all the lights are still working.
This not only decreases the risk of your car simply breaking down in the middle of your trip, but also of having an accident. Nevertheless, you should program an emergency roadside service number into your phone in case you do. The number 112 calls the police or an emergency medical team and works in all EU countries.
