Arriving in Vlissingen, the Netherlands a bit early? Just a quick reminder: hotel stays before the official start on Sunday, June 1, are not included. But no worries, if you’re coming on Friday and/or Saturday, we’ve got some great hotel recommendations for you.

 

We suggest this hotel because it offers a private parking area that gets closed off in the evening. It’s also located slightly outside the busy center, making it perfect for some extra privacy.

On Saturday, you’ll have your first chance to check in your team with the Runball Crew at the Van der Valk Hotel in Middelburg, The Netherlands. In the evening, we’ll kick things off with a welcome walk and dinner a fun and relaxed way to meet the other participants. We’ll also give a short presentation to let you know what to expect during Runball 2025.

Without prior written approval, your team is prohibited from placing any sponsors onto your rally car except official sponsors of the Runball Rally, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.  This ensures that any conflict between two brands promoting the same business is avoided.

 

EXAMPLE: Red Bull® is the official sponsor of the Runball Rally. Your team has the opportunity to receive sponsorship from Monster Energy® or another energy drink brand. Such sponsorship would cause a conflict with an official sponsor and incur a large penalty for the Runball Rally. Therefore, personal sponsorship for a participant’s vehicle or clothing is only permitted with the prior written consent of Runball and their official sponsors, which may be withheld at the sole discretion of Runball and their sponsors.
