– Strictly first come first serve
– Minimum and Maximum two people per car for this years edition.

VEHICLE RULES:
From daily to super cars. We at Runball want to provide you a great time with other petrol heads. So we encourage drivers to be as creative as possible with their car and team!

ADDITIONAL SPONSORS
Once you have placed the Runball Rally sticker package on the correct position on your car, you can add stickers from your own personal sponsors. Please Note: Personal sponsorship for Participant’s vehicle or Participant’s clothing is only permitted with the prior written consent of Runball Staff, which may be withheld in the sole discretion of Runball Staff. Runball Staff reserves the right to refuse unauthorized sponsored vehicles from participating in the Rally. Request authorization here.

Payment terms

One registration is for one team, which consists out of 2 people driving 1 car.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT
With your team registration, you have agreed to fulfill a deposit payment of € 795,- excl. VAT within 48 hours after your received our payment details to secure your Runball Team on the starting grid. After you have made the deposit, your team will be placed on the Runball Family page.

FINAL BALANCE & LATE PAYMENTS
Once we have received your deposit payment you will receive a confirmation email from us and the final registration fee will be send to you, the full registration fee have to be fulfilled due two months prior to the commencement of the event on June 02, 2018. Any payments made after this due date will incur a late payment fee of € 395,- per team per person, no exceptions.

If you registered in the Early Bird period, the final balance is due December 1st, 2018. Any payments made after the due date will incur late payment fee of € 395,- excl. 21% VAT per team per person, no exceptions.
